Moti Chor is a full-body, gesture-controlled storefront game that brings Bombay Sweet Shop’s Ladla Laddu mascot to life. Designed for high-footfall mall environments, the experience uses depth-sensing body tracking and a vibrant mithai-inspired world to invite passersby into a quick 60-second challenge that rewards players with a real treat. A simple hands-free interaction loop and lightweight backend helped convert casual shoppers into active participants. The installation recorded more than 4,000 playthroughs and 400 reward redemptions, and created a joyful new entry point into the brand.

Bombay Sweet Shop needed a fun, fast storefront hook for their new outlet that would draw people in.The Insight
We saw an opportunity to bring their Ladla Laddu mascot to life through play.
In a high-footfall mall where shoppers often carry bags, the experience had to be hands-free, instant, and suitable for all ages.
A gesture-only game became the perfect solution.
Our Approach & Strategy
We built Moti Chor – an entrance-first arcade moment that pulls customers into the store through play. In a quick 60-second challenge, visitors guide Ladla Laddu with simple gestures to catch mithai and earn a treat, converting footfall into store entry with zero friction. A simple reward loop, supported by a lightweight cashier backend, leads players straight inside to redeem.
